Returns Policy

Rider Footwear can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are in original condition with box and shoes bag for a full 100% store credit or refund. 

Our system is not set up for exchanges - we can only offer returns within the 30 day return period. We also cannot exchange a shoe that has been bought during a limited time sale for the same or similar full price item.

Unless a Gift Card is faulty, Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable following the loading of funds onto the card. Gift Cards, eGift Cards and credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Customers must pay the return shipment fees themselves. Rider Australia has the right to reject a return if the shoes have been worn or the product or packaging is received in bad condition. If a refund is granted, Rider Australia will only refund the cost of the returned item and not any shipping costs or fees. 

Shoes that have been worn and broken from wear and tear cannot be refunded nor replaced if there are any breakages, scuffing or marks because of use. Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to Rider Australia will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy. If the conditions stipulated by Rider Australia  are not met, including timeframes, Rider Australia has no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you.

Only shoes bought on this website can be returned and Rider Australia is not liable for shoes bought through other means or other distribution.

Sales items may not be refunded, depending on the conditions of the sale. If a Final Sale is stipulated, this means no returns or refunds are available. We cannot provide exchanges of size in case the order does not fit.

If you wish to return a pair of shoes bought on this site, please email melissa@h3otokyo.com and give reference of your order number. We will then let you know how to return the goods.
